Revenue CAGR definition

Revenue CAGR means the 3-year compound annual growth rate in the Company’s revenue during the Performance Period. For the purposes of calculating Revenue CAGR under this Agreement, the revenue shall be adjusted to reflect proforma revenue in the base year 2017 (adjusted for acquisitions and divestitures).
