Revenue Factor definition

Revenue Factor means a gross-up for the associated revenue taxes, uncollectibles, BPU assessment, and Division of Rate Counsel assessment, adjusted to properly reflect the revenue required to generate the agreed upon rate of return.
Revenue Factor means the percentage for a Fiscal Year determined as follows: (i) Revenue for such Fiscal Year equal to Target Performance for such Fiscal Year results in a Revenue Factor of 100%; (ii) Revenue for such Fiscal Year equal to or less than Minimum Performance for such Fiscal Year results in a Revenue Factor of 0%; (iii) Revenue for such Fiscal Year greater than Minimum Performance for such Fiscal Year and less than Target Performance for such Fiscal Year results in a Revenue Factor between 0% and 100% based on straight line interpolation between Minimum and Target Performance; (iv) Revenue for such Fiscal Year equal to or greater than Maximum Performance for such Fiscal Year results in a Revenue Factor of 200%; and (v) Revenue for such Fiscal Year greater than Target Performance for such Fiscal Year and less than Maximum Performance for such Fiscal Year results in a Revenue Factor between 100% and 200%, based on straight line interpolation between Target and Maximum Performance.

Revenue Factor as of the applicable "Establishment Date" by (2) the number of shares of Capital Stock issued and outstanding on a fully diluted basis (including outstanding rights, options and warrants to purchase and other securities convertible or exchangeable into Capital Stock) as of such Establishment Date (as such amount may be adjusted from time to time thereafter as provided herein, the "Exercise Price").   • Weighting factor wT for an organ or tissue (T) means the proportion of the risk of stochastic effects resulting from irradiation of that organ or tissue to the total risk of stochastic effects when the whole body is irradiated uniformly. For calculating the effective dose equivalent, the values of wT are:

  • Load Factor means the percentage of aircraft seats actually occupied on a flight (RPMs divided by ASMs). “NMB” means the National Mediation Board.

  • Revenue Growth means the percentage change in revenue (as defined in Statement of Financial Accounting Concepts No. 6, published by the Financial Accounting Standards Board) from one period to another.

  • Loss Factor means the scaling factor determined in accordance with clause 7 and applied by the reconciliation manager to volumes of electricity measured or estimated in respect of ICPs on the Network, in order to reflect the impact of the ICP on Losses within the Network;

  • Performance Factor means any matter that could or will significantly affect a party’s ability to fulfill its obligations under this Agreement;

  • Fit factor means a quantitative estimate of the fit of a particular respirator to a specific individual, and typically estimates the ratio of the concentration of a substance in ambient air to its concentration inside the respirator when worn.

  • Multiplier means 1.0.

  • Power Factor means the ratio of usage power measured in kW to total power measured in kVA;

  • ROIC means the Company’s return on Invested Capital calculated as a percentage for the twelve month period ending on the last day of the Performance Period by dividing net operating profit after tax by Invested Capital. For the purposes of calculating ROIC under this Agreement, “net operating profit” shall be adjusted to exclude the impact of all restructuring, foreign exchange, impairments, legal settlements, employee separation costs, product liability charges, pension plan and SERP terminations and retroactive tax law changes to the extent such items were not contemplated and included in the Company’s 2013-2018 Strategic Plan, upon which the ROIC goals were based.

  • Target Bonus Percentage means, with respect to any Executive, the target bonus percentage specified for such Executive in his or her Employment Agreement.

  • Adjusted EPS means earnings per share further adjusted for share-based payments, amortization of acquired intangible assets, items outside the normal scope of our ordinary activities (including other items, within selling, general and administrative expenses, losses/(gains) on items held at fair value and remeasurements through profit and loss, impairment losses on tangible assets, and impairment losses on intangible assets) and the related tax effects of these adjustments. Adjusted EPS provides a basis for comparison of our business operations between current, past and future periods by excluding items that we do not believe are indicative of our core operating performance. Adjusted EPS may not be comparable to other similarly titled metrics of other companies.

  • Total Revenue bears the same meaning assigned to this expression in the Codes of Good Practice on Black Economic Empowerment, issued in terms of section 9(1) of the Broad-Based Black Economic Empowerment Act and promulgated in the Government Gazette on 9 February 2007;

  • EPS means earnings per share.

  • Anticipated total county revenue availability means the sum of the:

  • Inflation Factor means a number determined for each tax year by dividing the consumer price index for June of the tax year by the consumer price index for June 2005.

  • Total Open-End Mutual Fund Average Net Assets means the average of all of the determinations of the aggregate net assets of all open-end funds sponsored by Xxxxxx Management (excluding the net assets of such funds investing in, or invested in by, other such funds, such as Xxxxxx RetirementReady® Funds and Xxxxxx Money Market Liquidity Fund, to the extent necessary to avoid "double-counting" of such net assets) at the close of business on each business day during each month while the Management Contract is in effect.

  • Earnings Per Share means as to any Fiscal Year, the Company’s or a business unit’s Net Income, divided by a weighted average number of common shares outstanding and dilutive common equivalent shares deemed outstanding, determined in accordance with generally accepted accounting principles.

  • Adjustment Factor means, with respect to a share of the Fund (or one unit of any other security for which a Fund Closing Price must be determined), 1.0, subject to adjustment in the event of certain events affecting the shares of the Fund.
