Revenue Interests definition

Revenue Interests means all of the Company’s interest in the Gross Product Revenues.
Revenue Interests means all of the Company’s right, title and interest in and to that portion of the accounts and payment intangibles arising out of sales and licenses of the Included Products and the Product Assets equal to the Revenue Interest Payments for each calendar quarter (or portion thereof) during the Revenue Interest Period.
Revenue Interests means all of the Company’s rights, title and interest in and to, free and clear of any and all Liens, that portion of the Annual Net Revenues of the Company in an amount equal to the Included Product Payment Amount for each Calendar Quarter during the Payment Term.

  • Except as expressly reflected in the Net Revenue Interests and Working Interests set forth in Exhibit A or Exhibit B and except as permitted after the date hereof by this Agreement, the Company has not elected not to participate in any operation or activity proposed with respect to any Asset which could result in the Company’s interest in such Asset becoming subject to a penalty or forfeiture as a result of such election.

More Definitions of Revenue Interests

Revenue Interests means the revenue interests issued pursuant to the Revenue Interest Purchaser Agreement.
Revenue Interests means all of the interest of the Company and its Subsidiaries in the proceeds of the total sales realized by the Company (or an Affiliate, agent or sublicensee thereof, as applicable) of the Products sold on or after the Closing Date.

Revenue Interests means Xxxx Capital’s right to receive a portion of Ortec’s revenue from the sale in the United States, Canada and Mexico of Ortec’s products that Ortec may sell in such countries, as set forth and defined in the Revenue Interests Assignment Agreement.
