The amount of each Revenue Payment (the “Revenue Payment Amount”) shall be calculated as of December 31 of the year in which the third anniversary of the first Service Commencement Date occurs, as of December 31 of every subsequent year during the Term, and as of the last day of the Term (each such date as of which the Revenue Payment is calculated is referred to in Exhibit 6 as a “calculation date”).
