Revenue Share Model definition

Revenue Share Model means a monetization model where Amagi or Platform (as applicable) represents all of the Advertising Inventory from the Connection and shares the earnings with Content Partner and/or Platform (as applicable) as further described in the Content Partner Terms, with split percentages agreed via Amagi CONNECT.
Revenue Share Model has the meaning set forth in Section 14.1.
