Reversion Date definition

Reversion Date has the meaning assigned to such term in Section 4.19.
Reversion Date means, after the Notes have achieved Investment Grade Status, the date, if any, that such Notes shall cease to have such Investment Grade Status.
Reversion Date has the meaning assigned to in Section 3.22(e).

  • On the Reversion Date, all Indebtedness incurred during the Suspension Period will be classified to have been Incurred pursuant to the first paragraph of Section 3.16 (to the extent such Indebtedness would be permitted to be incurred thereunder as of the Reversion Date and after giving effect to Indebtedness incurred prior to the Suspension Period and outstanding on the Reversion Date).
