Review Materials definition

Review Materials means, for an Asset Review and a Subject Receivable, the documents and other materials for each Test listed under “Review Materials” in Schedule A.

Examples of Review Materials in a sentence

  • The Asset Representations Reviewer will maintain copies of Review Materials, Review Reports and internal work papers and correspondence (collectively the “Client Records”) for a period of 2 years after the termination of this ARR Agreement.

  • The Asset Representations Reviewer will complete the Review of all ARR Receivables within 60 days of receiving access to the Review Materials.
