Review Meetings definition

Review Meetings has the meaning set forth in Section 2.11 of this Agreement.

Review Meetings shall have the meaning set forth in Section 2.05(a).

Examples of Review Meetings in a sentence

• All matters regarding definitions, adjudications period and alternative treatments will be referred to the Managed Health Care Quarterly Review Meetings for discussion and recommendations.

• The Review Meetings will be held no less than once monthly and otherwise at such other intervals as may be agreed between the parties in any Work Order.

• Consultant shall provide County with all records required to bill third-party payors, including documentation of billing to private insurance, required for the purposes of the Utilization Review Meetings, and as may be required by County for other purposes relevant to the provision of services under the terms of this agreement, within 90 days of the date of service.
