Revolving Borrowings definition

Revolving Borrowings means, collectively, the Dollar Revolving Borrowings and the Multi-Currency Revolving Borrowings.
Revolving Borrowings means Revolving Loans of the same Type, made, converted or continued on the same date and, in the case of LIBOR Loans, as to which a single Interest Period is in effect.
