Revolving Commitment Amount definition

Revolving Commitment Amount means, as to any Lender, the Revolving Commitment amount (if any) set forth opposite such Lender’s name on Schedule 1.1 hereto (or, in the case of any Lender that became party to this Agreement after the Closing Date pursuant to Section 16.3(c) or (d) hereof, the Revolving Commitment amount (if any) of such Lender as set forth in the applicable Commitment Transfer Supplement).
Revolving Commitment Amount means, (i) as to any Lender other than a New Lender, the Revolving Commitment amount (if any) set forth opposite such Lender’s name on Schedule 1.2(c) (or, in the case of any Lender that became party to this Agreement after the Closing Date pursuant to Section 17.3(c) or (d), the Revolving Commitment amount (if any) of such Lender as set forth in the applicable Commitment Transfer Supplement), and (ii) as to any Lender that is a New Lender, the Revolving Commitment amount provided for in the joinder signed by such New Lender under Section 2.24(a)(x), in each case as the same may be adjusted upon any increase by such Lender pursuant to Section 2.24 hereof, or any assignment by or to such Lender pursuant to Section 17.3(c) or (d) hereof.
Revolving Commitment Amount means $125,000,000, as reduced from time to time pursuant to Section 6.1.

Examples of Revolving Commitment Amount in a sentence

  • Any such reduction in the Aggregate Revolving Commitment Amount below the principal amount of the Swingline Commitment and the LC Commitment shall result in a dollar-for-dollar reduction in the Swingline Commitment and the LC Commitment.

  • Any such reduction in the Aggregate Revolving Commitment Amount below the sum of the principal amount of the Swingline Commitment and the LC Commitment shall result in a proportionate reduction (rounded to the next lowest integral multiple of $100,000) in the Swingline Commitment and the LC Commitment.

  • Subject to the terms and conditions set forth herein, each Lender severally agrees to make Revolving Loans, ratably in proportion to its Pro Rata Share, to the Borrower, from time to time during the Availability Period, in an aggregate principal amount outstanding at any time that will not result in (a) such Lender’s Revolving Credit Exposure exceeding such Lender’s Revolving Commitment or (b) the aggregate Revolving Credit Exposures of all Lenders exceeding the Aggregate Revolving Commitment Amount.

Revolving Commitment Amount. With respect to any Bank, initially the amount set opposite such Bank’s name on the signature page hereof as its Revolving Commitment Amount, but as the same may be reduced from time to time pursuant to Section 2.15 or increased pursuant to Section 2.30.
