Concurrently therewith, the Revolving Lenders of such Class shall be deemed to have adjusted their participation interests in any outstanding Letters of Credit of such Class so that such interests are held ratably in accordance with their Revolving Commitments of such Class as so increased.
In addition, the Agent, the Issuer and the Lenders may disclose the existence of this Agreement and information about this Agreement to market data collectors, similar service providers to the lending industry and service providers to the Agents, the Issuer or any Lender in connection with the administration of this Agreement, the other Loan Documents, and the Revolving Commitments.
Each notice delivered by the Borrower pursuant to this Section 2.08 shall be irrevocable; provided that a notice of termination or reduction of the Revolving Commitments of a Class delivered by the Borrower may state that such notice is conditioned upon the effectiveness of other credit facilities or any other transaction, in which case such notice may be revoked by the Borrower (by notice to the Administrative Agent on or prior to the specified effective date) if such condition is not satisfied.
Each reduction of the Revolving Commitments of a Class pursuant to clause (b) shall be made ratably among the Lenders of such Class in accordance with their respective Revolving Commitments.
The Borrower shall notify the Administrative Agent of any election to terminate or reduce the Revolving Commitments under paragraph (b) of this Section 2.08 at least three (3) Business Days prior to the effective date of such termination or reduction (or such lesser period agreed to by the Administrative Agent), specifying such election and the effective date thereof.
