Revolving Credit Amount definition

Revolving Credit Amount means the maximum amount of Revolving Loans which the Lender will make available to the Borrower which amount shall not exceed THREE MILLION AND NO/100 DOLLARS ($3,000,000); PROVIDED, HOWEVER, that the aggregate outstanding principal balance of the Revolving Loans PLUS the Letter of Credit Obligations shall not exceed the Revolving Credit Amount.
Revolving Credit Amount means the amount of Thirty Five Million Dollars ($35,000,000).
Revolving Credit Amount shall have the meaning ascribed to such term in Supplement A.

Revolving Credit Amount in Section 1.1 of the Loan Agreement is hereby amended and restated to read in its entirety as follows:
