Revolving Exposure definition

Revolving Exposure means, with respect to any Lender at any time, the sum of the outstanding principal amount of such Lender’s Revolving Loans and its LC Exposure and Swingline Exposure at such time.
Revolving Exposure means, as to any Lender at any time, the aggregate principal amount at such time of its outstanding Revolving Loans and such Lender’s participation in L/C Obligations and Swingline Loans at such time.
Revolving Exposure means, with respect to any Lender as of any date of determination, (i) prior to the termination of the Revolving Commitments, that Lender’s Revolving Commitment; and (ii) after the termination of the Revolving Commitments, the sum of (a) the aggregate outstanding principal amount of the Revolving Loans of that Lender, (b) in the case of Issuing Bank, the aggregate Letter of Credit Usage in respect of all Letters of Credit issued by that Lender (net of any participations by Lenders in such Letters of Credit), (c) the aggregate amount of all participations by that Lender in any outstanding Letters of Credit or any unreimbursed drawing under any Letter of Credit, (d) in the case of Swing Line Lender, the aggregate outstanding principal amount of all Swing Line Loans (net of any participations therein by other Lenders), and (e) the aggregate amount of all participations therein by that Lender in any outstanding Swing Line Loans.

Examples of Revolving Exposure in a sentence

  • All or any part of such Defaulting Lender’s participation in L/C Obligations and Swingline Loans shall be reallocated among the Non-Defaulting Lenders in accordance with their respective Applicable Percentages (calculated without regard to such Defaulting Lender’s Commitment) but only to the extent that such reallocation does not cause the Revolving Exposure of any Non-Defaulting Lender to exceed such Non-Defaulting Lender’s Commitment.

  • Swingline Loans shall not count as Revolving Exposure for the purpose of calculating the commitment fee due hereunder.

  • In no event may the amount of the Commitments be reduced below the Aggregate Revolving Exposure.

  • Upon such reduction, if the Aggregate Revolving Exposure shall exceed the Aggregate Commitment as so reduced, the Borrower shall (i) pay any Loans, and (ii) Cash Collateralize the L/C Obligations in accordance with the terms of Sections 8.2 and 8.3, in the amount of such excess.

  • For purposes hereof, a Lender’s “pro rata share” shall be determined based upon its share of the aggregate Revolving Exposure, outstanding Term Loans and unused Commitments at the time.
