Revolving Exposure definition

Revolving Exposure means, with respect to any Lender at any time, the sum of the outstanding principal amount of such Lender’s Revolving Loans and its LC Exposure and Swingline Exposure at such time.
Revolving Exposure means, as to any Lender at any time, the aggregate principal amount at such time of its outstanding Revolving Loans and such Lender’s participation in L/C Obligations and Swingline Loans at such time.

  • Subject to the terms and conditions hereof, the Issuer shall issue or cause the issuance of letters of credit (“Letters of Credit”) on behalf of the Borrowers; provided, however, that the Issuer will not be required to issue or cause to be issued any Letters of Credit to the extent that the face amount of such Letters of Credit would then cause the Revolving Exposure to exceed the Maximum Borrowing Amount.

  • Subject to Section 4.4, the Revolving Exposure outstanding at any time shall not exceed the Maximum Borrowing Amount.

  • In the case of any Advances requested to be made, after giving effect thereto, the aggregate Revolving Exposure shall not exceed the Maximum Borrowing Amount.
