Revolving Note definition
Revolving Note means a promissory note of the Borrower payable to a Lender in substantially the form of Exhibit 11.1(d) hereto, evidencing Indebtedness of the Borrower under the Revolving Loan Commitment of such Lender.
Revolving Note or “Revolving Notes” means the promissory notes of the Borrower in favor of each Revolving Lender provided pursuant to Section 2.1(e) and evidencing the Revolving Loans of such Revolving Lender, individually or collectively, as appropriate, as such promissory notes may be amended, modified, restated, supplemented, extended, renewed or replaced from time to time.
Revolving Note means a promissory note made by the Borrower in favor of a Revolving Lender evidencing Revolving Loans or Swingline Loans, as the case may be, made by such Revolving Lender, substantially in the form of Exhibit G.
Examples of Revolving Note in a sentence
Each Revolving Note shall represent the obligation of Borrowers to pay such Revolving Lender’s Pro Rata Share of the aggregate unpaid principal amount of all Revolving Loans made to Borrowers together with interest thereon as prescribed herein.
