Right of Occupancy definition

Right of Occupancy means the right of occupancy in respect of the Temporary Reserve referred to in, and renewed pursuant to, the Principal Agreement.

Room Changes: No changes in room assignment will be based upon age, race, religion, national origin, disability, sexual orientation, and online profiles except as needed to provide a reasonable accommodation to residents with eligible disabilities registered with the College Office of Disability Access.
