Examples of Rights Assigned in a sentence

  • The Assignee hereby accepts the assignment and transport of the Rights Assigned by the Assignee in accordance with paragraph 1 above and assumes, and undertakes and agrees to pay, perform and comply on its terms with each and every liability, obligation and commitment of the Assignee relating to the Assigned Rights.

  • Intellectual Property Assignment Agreement means, with respect to each Specified Business, an agreement in form and substance reasonably acceptable to Seller and Buyer, providing for the assignment of the Transferred Intellectual Property Related to such Specified Business.

The Use Rights supersede the terms of any end user license agreement (on-screen or otherwise) that accompanies a Product. The Use Rights for Software are published by Microsoft in the Product Terms. The Use Rights for Online Services are published in the Online Services Terms.

  • Intellectual Property Agreement means the Intellectual Property Agreement substantially in the form attached hereto as Exhibit C.

  • Form of Assignment and Transfer means the “Form of Assignment and Transfer” attached as Attachment 3 to the Form of Note attached hereto as Exhibit A.
