Road Permit means road permit or the timber mark for a road permit that is associated with the applicable tenure listed in Section 115(1) of the Act;

Road Permit. A document issued by the MOFNR to authorize a licensee to construct, use, maintain and manage a specific section of road. Road Section: A distinct section of a forest road on which tonnage hauled and maintenance costs incurred is tracked. Road Use Agreement: The Agreement between the Road User Committee and the USER dealing with safe road procedures, maintenance cost sharing and identifying responsibilities in relation to forest roads identified in the agreement.
