ROFR Waiver definition

ROFR Waiver has the meaning set forth in Section 5.10(d).
ROFR Waiver means the waiver executed by Tenant on January 2, 2020 regarding the right of first refusal under the Lease with respect to the sale of the Property to Buyer.
