ROFR Waiver definition

ROFR Waiver has the meaning set forth in Section 5.10(d).

ROFR Waiver means a waiver of the right of first refusal of those certain purchasers party to the Securities Purchase Agreement, dated December 18, 2002, by and among such purchasers and the Company.
