Rollover Advance definition

Rollover Advance means one or more Advances:
Rollover Advance has the meaning ascribed to it in Clause 8.2 (Rollover Advances).
Rollover Advance means a Revolving Advance which is used to refinance a maturing Revolving Advance and which is the same amount as such maturing Revolving Advance and is to be drawn on the day such maturing Revolving Advance is to be repaid.

  • If either paragraph (a) or (b) applies to a proposed Advance other than a Rollover Advance, such Advance shall not be made.

  • In this event, any Lender that gives notice pursuant to this Clause 6.2 will be required to participate in the Advance in the Base Currency (in an amount equal to that Lender’s proportion of the Base Currency Amount or, in respect of a Rollover Advance, an amount equal to that Lender’s proportion of the Base Currency Amount of the maturing Advance that is due to be repaid) and its participation will be treated as a separate Advance denominated in the Base Currency during that Interest Period.

  • If the Borrower notifies the Administrative Agent pursuant to Section 3.2, 3.8 or 10.2 that a Borrowing or a Conversion Advance or a Rollover Advance is to be made by way of Bankers’ Acceptances (or, as the case may be, BA Equivalent Advances), the Borrower shall pay in CDollars at or prior to the time of the Acceptance of each Bankers’ Acceptance an Acceptance Fee on the face value of each Bankers’ Acceptance accepted by a Lender.

Rollover Advance means one or more Facility A Advances:
Rollover Advance means any Advance (other than a Swingline Advance) made during the Availability Period which is drawn down to refinance in whole or in part any outstanding Advance (other than a Swingline Advance) where, after making and applying the proceeds of that Advance, the aggregate principal amount outstanding under the Revolving Credit Facility is not greater than the aggregate amount outstanding under that Facility immediately prior to that Advance being made.
