Rollover Notice definition
Rollover Notice shall have the meaning ascribed thereto in Section 5.2.

If the applicable Borrower fails to timely give the Administrative Agent the Rollover Notice with respect to any Loan, such Borrower shall be deemed to have elected to renew such Loan with a one-month Interest Period.
Each Rollover Notice shall be irrevocable and effective upon notification thereof to the Administrative Agent.
