Rollover Shareholders definition

Rollover Shareholders means each of Expert Master Holdings Limited, Mr. Longhua Piao and UMW China Ventures (L) Ltd.
Rollover Shareholders means the Rollover Shareholders set forth in the Contribution Agreements.
