Rollover Stockholders definition

Rollover Stockholders means, collectively, the parties to the Contribution and Exchange Agreement that have agreed to contribute their shares of Company Common Stock to Parent pursuant to the Contribution and Exchange Agreement.
Rollover Stockholders means any holder of Company Common Stock who enters into a Rollover Agreement, including the Supporting Stockholders.
Rollover Stockholders has the meaning set forth in the preface above.
