It is the intention of the parties that the scheduling of Rostered Days Off and Christmas Annual Leave shutdown after 2007 will be agreed between the parties.
The agreed industry Calendars for 2006 and 2007 at Clause 22 of this Appendix reflect the agreed Construction Industry scheduling of Rostered Days Off and Christmas Annual Leave shutdown.
The actual working week consists of 40 ordinary hours worked; paid as 36 ordinary hours with 4 ordinary hours accrued towards the Rostered Days Off.

The parties agree that the taking of Rostered Days Off (RDOs) may be altered in order to improve productivity by exercising a more flexible arrangement in that employees taking an RDO shall be spread over the 20 day work cycle.
Where full time employees work in accordance with a Rostered Days Off (RDO) system, all reasonable additional hours worked beyond an average 38 hours each week shall be classed as overtime and paid in accordance with this Clause.
