Rounding Amount definition

Rounding Amount means, if the Relevant Currency is (a) USD or EUR, 1,000 units of the Relevant Currency, unless otherwise specified in Schedule 1 to these Credit Derivatives Auction Settlement Terms, (b) JPY, 100,000 units of the Relevant Currency, unless otherwise specified in Schedule 1 to these Credit Derivatives Auction Settlement Terms, or (c) any other currency, such amount approved by the relevant Convened DC and set forth in Schedule 1 to these Credit Derivatives Auction Settlement Terms.
Rounding Amount. With respect to any Distribution Date, the amount, if any, required to be withdrawn from the Rounding Account pursuant to Section 4.07(e).
Rounding Amount. As defined in Section 3.23.

Examples of Rounding Amount in a sentence

  • The Trustee shall maintain such accounts to provide, if needed, the applicable Rounding Amount (defined below) on any Distribution Date.

More Definitions of Rounding Amount

Rounding Amount shall have the meaning specified in Section 6.2(c) hereof.
Rounding Amount. With respect to the Rounding Account, the amount of funds, if any, needed to be withdrawn and used to round the amount of any distributions in reduction of the Certificate Principal Balance of the Insured Certificates upward to the next higher integral multiple of $1,000. Scheduled Final Distribution Date: March 25, 2035.
