Rule 144A Global Notes definition

Rule 144A Global Notes has the meaning set forth in Section 4.2(b)(i) of the Series 2018-1 Supplement.

Rule 144A Global Notes means the Notes sold within the United States to U.S. Persons, initially issued to Qualified Institutional Buyers in the form of beneficial interests in one or more Global Notes, deposited with the Indenture Trustee as custodian for the Depository.

Rule 144A Global Notes means the permanent global notes that contain the paragraph referred to in footnote 1 and the additional schedule referred to in footnote 3 to the form of the Note attached hereto as EXHIBIT A-1, and that is deposited with and registered in the name of the Depositary or its nominee, representing a series of Notes sold in reliance on Rule 144A.
