  • Nothing in this Agreement shall be interpreted to waive service conditions for Retail Customers in the Proposed Development or otherwise grant credit to Developer or the Proposed Development or any portion thereof for any fee, charge, or payment, otherwise applicable under this Agreement or WTCPUA’s Rules and Policies, except as provided in Section 4.2.
