Rural Municipality definition

Rural Municipality means any of the following:
Rural Municipality means a rural municipality within the meaning of The Municipalities Act;
Rural Municipality means a "Rural Municipality" as defined by The ▇▇▇▇▇ ▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇ ▇▇▇, ▇▇▇▇, S.S. 1989-90, c. R-26.1;

  • The Property Owner is solely responsible for obtaining any moving, construction or demolition permits, or any inspections required by the said Rural Municipality, and is solely responsible for all costs associated with the same.

  • It is hereby agreed by Saskatchewan that no compensation shall be payable by the Band to any Rural Municipality or School Division to compensate any such Rural Municipality or School Division for the loss of Municipal Taxes or School Taxes, on Taxable Land respectively, in respect of either the Purchase of Entitlement Land or the setting apart by Canada of such Entitlement Land as an Entitlement Reserve.
