Sabine Pass Facility definition

Sabine Pass Facility means the Sabine Pass Phase 1 Facilities and the Sabine Pass Expansion Facilities (including the port, berthing and unloading facilities, LNG storage facilities, and regasification facilities, together with equipment and facilities related thereto) necessary to provide Services hereunder, as such facilities will be constructed and modified from time to time in accordance with this Agreement.

Examples of Sabine Pass Facility in a sentence

  • Project Co shall make available to the Transporter each cargo scheduled in the FOB ADP or FOB Ninety Day Schedule, as applicable, subject to the terms and conditions of this Agreement, at the point at which the flange coupling of the LNG loading line at the Corpus Christi Facility (or the Sabine Pass Facility or such agreed Alternate Production Facility, as applicable) joins the flange coupling of the LNG manifold of the relevant LNG Tanker ("Loading Point").

  • Project Co shall supply, operate and maintain, or cause to be supplied, operated and maintained, devices required for collecting samples and for determining quality and composition of the LNG and any other measurement or testing devices which are necessary to perform the measurement and testing required hereunder at the Corpus Christi Facility, the Sabine Pass Facility or such alternate FOB Production Facility as may be agreed (as applicable).

  • The Transporter shall pay all charges payable by reason of any LNG Tanker having to shift from berth at the Corpus Christi Facility (or the Sabine Pass Facility or such agreed Alternate Production Facility, as applicable) as a result of the action or inaction of Transporter.

  • Unless approved by Project Co in writing, which approval shall not be unreasonably withheld or delayed, an LNG Tanker shall be prohibited from engaging in any maintenance, repair or in-water surveys while berthed at the Corpus Christi Facility (or the Sabine Pass Facility or such agreed Alternate Production Facility, as applicable).
