Safety Certificate definition

Safety Certificate and “deemed Safety Certificate” have the meanings given to “safety certificate” and “deemed safety certificate” by the Railways and Other Guided Transport Systems (Safety) Regulations 2006;
Safety Certificate means the certificate issued by the XXX under the Safety Regulations, certifying its acceptance of the Franchisee's safety management system (as defined in those regulations) and the provisions adopted by the Franchisee to meet the requirements that are necessary to ensure safe operation on the Routes;
Safety Certificate means a certificate issued pursuant to 1994 PA 451, as amended, MCL 324.81130, or a comparable ORV safety certificate issued under the authority of another state of a province of Canada.

  • If the Gas Safety Certificate is not produced at the start of the Tenancy the Landlord will be unable to serve a Notice under Section 21 of the Housing Act 1988 to obtain possession if it is an Assured Shorthold Tenancy.

More Definitions of Safety Certificate

Safety Certificate means a safety certificate as defined in ROGS;
