Safety Certificate definition

Safety Certificate and “deemed Safety Certificate” have the meanings given to “safety certificate” and “deemed safety certificate” by the Railways and Other Guided Transport Systems (Safety) Regulations 2006;
Safety Certificate means the certificate issued by the XXX under the Safety Regulations, certifying its acceptance of the Franchisee's safety management system (as defined in those regulations) and the provisions adopted by the Franchisee to meet the requirements that are necessary to ensure safe operation on the Routes;
