Safety Incident definition
Safety Incident means:
(i) a failure by the Supplier or any Subcontractor to comply with any OHS Requirements; or
(ii) any hazard, incident or accident caused by the Supplier or a Subcontractor. (hh) “Sales Tax” has the meaning ascribed to such term in Section 16.1;
Safety Incident means any event involving Safety at Sea that seriously breaches NORI’s ISA Obligations. Serious Harm to the Marine Environment means any serious harm to the marine environment caused by one or more Activities that constitutes a serious breach of NORI’s ISA Obligations. Incidents should be logged on the Online Safety Incident log (see Appendix 1).
This must include the implementation of the Patient Safety Incident Response Framework for the management of incidents and serious events, appropriate reporting of any incidents, undertaking any appropriate patient safety incident investigation and obtaining support as required.

More Definitions of Safety Incident
Safety Incident means any failure of the Design-Build Firm or any of the Design-Build Firm Parties to safely manage performance of the Design-Build Firm Parties in accordance with Applicable Law and as necessary to recognize and successfully prevent or avoid casualty losses to property and injury or death to persons (each such failure being a Safety Incident), including but not limited to:
(a) The reported observation of a potential safety hazard, unsafe work practice, or lapse in prudent safety management that can reasonably be expected to lead to injury or death to any person, or damage to any property;
