Safety Requirements definition

Safety Requirements shall have the meaning set forth in Clause 12.12;
Safety Requirements means health, safety, fire and environmental requirements (whether legislative or otherwise), codes of practice, guidance and policy;

  • The Concessionaire, shall during the subsistence of the Concession Period, comply to the Safety Requirements for the Project and carry out the periodic testing, mock drills, etc of its safety equipment and maintain the validity of its safety clearance as applicable from the respective statutory agencies.

  • For the avoidance of doubt, all modifications made hereunder shall comply with the Safety Requirements, Specifications and Standards, Applicable Laws, Standard Industry Practice and the provisions of this Agreement.

  • Costs and expenses on works and services notcovered hitherto before and arising out of Safety Requirements shall, subject to the provisions of Clause 19.3.2, be borne from out of a dedicated safety fund (the “Safety Fund”) to be funded, owned and operated by the Authority or a substitute thereof.

Safety Requirements means all Legal Requirements concerning public health and safety, product safety, product liability, worker health and safety, including the Occupational Safety and Health Act, as enacted or in effect, on or prior to the Closing Date.
