Said Land definition

Said Land shall have the meaning ascribed to such term in Paragraph I above and which is more fully and particularly described in the First Schedule written hereunder and delineated and demarcated in Annexure – A hereto;

Said Land shall have the meaning ascribed to such term in Recital IVof this Agreement and which is more fully and particularly described in the Second Schedule written hereunder and delineated and demarcated in Annexure – A hereto;

Said Land shall have the meaning ascribed to such term in Recital P of this Agreement and which is more fully and particularly described in the Third Schedule written hereunder and delineated and demarcated in Annexure – A hereto;

Examples of Said Land in a sentence

• The Owners are the absolute and lawful owner of the property more fully described in the Part-I of the FIRST SCHEDULE hereto, which was purchased by the Owners from time to time in the name of several companies (the “SAID LAND”) as per the particulars of title of the Said Land as more fully described in the SECOND SCHEDULE hereto.

• It is further made clear that under no circumstances shall the Owner be liable for any defective right title or interest not attributable to the Owner and/or for any defect that existed prior to sale in respect of the Said Land in favour of the Owner.
