Said Land shall have the meaning ascribed to such term in Paragraph I above and which is more fully and particularly described in the First Schedule written hereunder and delineated and demarcated in Annexure – A hereto;
Said Land shall have the meaning ascribed to such term in Recital XVIII of this Agreement and which is more fully and particularly described in the Second Schedule written hereunder and delineated and demarcated in Annexure – B hereto;
Said Land shall have the meaning ascribed to such term in Recital P of this Agreement and which is more fully and particularly described in the Third Schedule written hereunder and delineated and demarcated in Annexure – A hereto;
Examples of Said Land in a sentence
The Promoter shall compensate the Allottee in case of any loss caused to him due to defective title of the Said Land, on which the Project is being developed or has been developed, in the manner as provided under the Act and the claim for interest and compensation under this provision shall not be barred by limitation provided under any law for the time being in force.
BSNL is the owner of the Said Land Parcel, with legal and marketable title to the Said Land Parcel, which is free and clear of any encumbrances.
The transfer to the Successful Bidder of the Said Land Parcel shall be in pursuance to the provisions of this RFP and the Successful Bidder would be provided legal and marketable title thereto of the Said Land Parcel, free and clear of any encumbrances.
BSNL is desirous of selling and transferring to the Successful Bidder, the Said Land Parcel, on “as is where is, in present condition as it is and No Complaint basis only” basis (Transaction).
BSNL shall not give any indemnity with respect to the Said Land Parcel.
More Definitions of Said Land
Said Land means land admeasuring 200 acres or thereabout situated at Mullanpur Local Planning Area, District SAS Nagar, Punjab on which the Said Project is being developed.
