Sale Equity definition

Sale Equity means the Sale Shares and the Sale Claims;

Sale Equity means the entire equity interests of the Disposal Company;

Sale Equity means the equity interest in the capital of the Joint Venture Company legally and beneficially owned by the Vendor comprising as at the date of the Agreement 38 per cent. and on Completion 80 per cent. of the entire registered capital of the Joint Venture Company;

• Except for the matters under Clause 3.2.1 (vii) hereof, all actions on the part of the Seller necessary for the authorization, execution and delivery of and the performance of all of the Seller’s obligations under this Agreement, and for the authorization, issuance and delivery of the Sale Equity, have been taken or will be taken prior to the Closing.

Sale Equity means, collectively, the PTM (RSA) Sale Equity and the Africa Wide Sale Shares;
