Sales and Marketing definition

Sales and Marketing means to carry out data analytics, and to send you marketing and promotional materials. “Sunway Entities” means the entities stated in the Privacy Notice as being a Sunway Entity.
Sales and Marketing. VENDOR means Seabury & Xxxxx, Inc. and its permitted successors and assigns from time to time as the provider of the sales and marketing services for the GHIP, as more fully described in Section 9.3 hereof.
