Sales Confirmation definition

Sales Confirmation means the document so titled issued by Redox that formally accepts the order for the Goods from the Purchaser;
Sales Confirmation means the sales confirmation entered into between Seller and Buyer with respect to the sale of Crude Oil which forms a part of this Contract.
Sales Confirmation means a confirmation in writing from the Seller to the Buyer setting forth the particular terms of each sale of the Marine Fuel, and incorporating these Terms and Conditions.

  • If payment is not received in accordance with the terms of such Sales Confirmation, the Contract Price and Taxes or the portion thereof remaining unpaid, as the case may be, shall bear an annual interest rate equal to the lesser of eighteen percent (18%) or one and one-half percent (1-1/2%) per month and the maximum rate permitted by law.

  • If such Shipping Charges are by the terms of sale included in the price, they shall be reflected as a separate line item on such Sales Confirmation; and any increase in the rates of such Shipping Charges becoming effective after the date of such Sales Confirmation shall be paid by the Buyer and included as part of the Buyer’s account.

  • Buyer shall purchase the Goods from Seller at the prices (the “Prices”) set forth in the applicable Sales Confirmation.

  • Buyer shall pay Seller in accordance with the terms as provided in Seller's applicable Sales Confirmation.

  • Seller shall not be responsible for freight, transportation, insurance, shipping, demurrage, or similar charges (all such charges being referred to hereinafter as "Shipping Charges"), unless specifically provided in Buyer’s purchase order or Seller’s applicable Sales Confirmation.

Sales Confirmation means a confirmation in writing from the Seller to the Buyer setting forth the particular terms of each sale of the Marine Fuel.

Sales Confirmation means a Transmission by Seller to Buyer containing a quotation, order acknowledgement, order confirmation, order alteration, customer-facing documents, invoice, or other document evidencing an offer to sell to Buyer the Products referenced on such Transmission.
Sales Confirmation means the sales confirmation entered into between Seller and Buyer with respect to the sale of Product which forms part of the Contract.
Sales Confirmation means the sales confirmation entered into between Seller and Buyer with respect to the sale of Special Product which forms a part of this Contract and which shall, amongst other things, set out the applicable delivery method for such sale of Special Product.
