Sales Costs definition

Sales Costs means all costs, direct and indirect, associated with a foreclosure sale by the City, including but not limited to: county recording fees, title reports or other means of identifying persons with interest in the property, title insurance, service and notification, publication and advertising, posting, sale, and staff salaries, including benefits and overhead.
Sales Costs means costs associated with the sale including the cost of advertising, sale direct and indirect costs related to notification such as the cost of any reports required to determine the names of persons having an interest in the property or the status of the property, printing, postage, advertising, posting of the property, title insurance and staff salaries, benefits and overhead costs directly expended to complete the sale.
Sales Costs shall have the meaning assigned to such term in the Financial Appendix.

  • All Development Costs, Marketing Costs and Sales Costs will be based on the appropriate costs definition stated in Section A.4 of this Exhibit.

Sales Costs shall include, without limitation, costs associated with sales representatives for Products, including compensation, benefits and travel, supervision and training of such sales representatives, sales meetings, and other sales related expenses.
Sales Costs means costs, including Allocable Overhead, approved by the JCC with the Marketing Budgets, incurred by the Parties or for their account and specifically identifiable to the sales efforts of Products to all markets in North America or Japan, as the case may be, including the managed care market.
Sales Costs will not include the start-up costs associated with either Party's sales force, including recruiting, relocation and other similar costs.
