The foregoing representations and warranties shall be deemed to be made each time Carrier submits a Sales Record or Credit Record to Servicer for processing.
Should Carrier exercise this option and the Cardholder acknowledge the debt, and choose to pay the amount in full using its Card, Carrier may present a Sales Record in such amount to Servicer for processing.
