Sample Code definition

Sample Code means sample source code included with the Software and designated as “sample code,” “samples,” “sample application code,” “stencils,” “app templates,” and/or “snippets,” and/or found in directories labeled “samples” or “examples”.
Sample Code means certain source code files provided as a part of the Software designated in the Documentation as “Sample Code.” “Documentation” shall mean the operating, training and reference manuals relating to the use and operation of the Software, and any enhancements, updates or versions related thereto, whether in printed form, electronic form, posted on Licensor’s website, available on-line or in any other format, or otherwise supplied by Licensor to Licensee. Licensor reserves all rights not expressly and unambiguously granted herein.
Sample Code means the software marked as “sample” or delivered in a folder marked “sample” that may be included as a part of the Product. Sample Code may be in source code or object code format. Sample Code is not “covered software” under MS’ published indemnification policy.

More Definitions of Sample Code

Sample Code means sample programs or scripts that may be distributed with the Software.
Sample Code means sample source code or scripts distributed by Wowza from time to time and identified as such when provided to you.
