Sanctioned Activities definition

Sanctioned Activities means all games, competitions, sports demonstrations including related practice and training, social and fundraising activities authorized by Ontario Baseball Association and run by you or your ‘members’. Authorization shall be granted by you by way of written procedural manual or specific agreement in writing by your authorized executives.
Sanctioned Activities means business activities that are subject to sanctions/embargos imposed by Canada, by the Swiss State Secretariat for Economic Affairs, the United Nations, the European Union and/or the United States Office of Foreign Assets Control, and includes any Canadian Economic Sanctions and Export Control Laws.
Sanctioned Activities means all GymCan training camps, competitions, fitness testing, GymCan or FIG technical meetings, press conferences, fundraising activities, meet and greets, and personal appearance/promotional days; “GymCan Sponsor” means any entity, whether characterized by GymCan as a sponsor, supplier, licensee or otherwise, with whom GymCan has a contract to use, market, advertise, or promote their products or services;
