Sanitary Sewer Main definition

Sanitary Sewer Main means a pipe owned by Aquatera and used or intended to be used for carrying Wastewater and to which storm water, surface water and groundwater are not intentionally admitted.
Sanitary Sewer Main or “Wastewater Sewer Main” means a sewer pipe with a diameter of six (6) inches or larger, that carries wastewater from multiple residences, commercial buildings, industrial plants and institutions, together with minor quantities of ground, storm and surface waters that are not admitted intentionally.
Sanitary Sewer Main means a pipe located in the road allowance in front, to the side or to the rear of a property that conveys waste water from a sanitary sewer lateral located at the property line to the sewage treatment plant.
