Satisfactory completion definition

Satisfactory completion means earning a passing grade of A, B, C, D, or P. Grades of I, W, FW, or F are not considered passing grades.

Satisfactory completion as used in this Agreement means that the Contractor has complied with all terms, conditions and performance requirements of this Agreement.
