Saturday and Sunday. 12:00pm – 8:00pm. Contractor and Town shall meet periodically throughout the year to discuss and schedule food and beverage service for the public. Contractor shall operate at a minimum for the hours described above, but nothing in this Agreement shall preclude the Contractor operating outside of the timeframes specified above.

Examples of Saturday and Sunday in a sentence

  • An alternate work schedule is any work schedule where an employee is regularly scheduled to work five (5) days per week, but the employee’s regularly scheduled two (2) days off are NOT Saturday and Sunday.

  • The Call Window on Monday through Friday shall be the same each day, and the Call Window on Saturday and Sunday shall be the same on all Saturdays and/or Sundays.

  • Regular days off will be considered to be Saturday and Sunday except in those programs with six or seven day operations.

  • Their days off shall be considered as Saturday and Sunday for overtime provision purposes.

  • Legal Holiday means a Saturday, a Sunday or a day on which banking institutions in the City of New York or at a place of payment are authorized by law, regulation or executive order to remain closed. If a payment date is a Legal Holiday at a place of payment, payment may be made at that place on the next succeeding day that is not a Legal Holiday, and no interest shall accrue on such payment for the intervening period.

  • public holiday means any day that is a public holiday in terms of the Public Holiday Act, 1994 (Act No. 36 of 1994);

  • Banking Day means each day (other than a Saturday or Sunday) on which the Clearing System and the Trans-European Automated Real-time Gross settlement Express Transfer-System (TARGET2) ("TARGET2") are open for business.

  • Weekend means a Saturday and the following Sunday, assuring a minimum of fifty-six (56) hours off duty;

  • Day means calendar day.

  • Holiday means the twenty-four (24) hour period commencing at 0001 hours of a day designated as a paid holiday in this Agreement.

  • TARGET2 Business Day means, a day in which the Trans-European Automated Real-Time Gross Settlement Express Transfer (TARGET2) System is open.

  • Index Business Day means, in respect of an Index, any day on which the Index Sponsor in respect of such Index is scheduled to publish the level of the Index.

  • Business Day means any day except any Saturday, any Sunday, any day which is a federal legal holiday in the United States or any day on which banking institutions in the State of New York are authorized or required by law or other governmental action to close.
