Saturday and Sunday. 12:00pm – 8:00pm. Contractor and Town shall meet periodically throughout the year to discuss and schedule food and beverage service for the public. Contractor shall operate at a minimum for the hours described above, but nothing in this Agreement shall preclude the Contractor operating outside of the timeframes specified above.

If a payment date is a Legal Holiday at a place of payment, payment may be made at that place on the next succeeding day that is not a Legal Holiday, and no interest shall accrue on such payment for the intervening period.

  • public holiday means any day other than Saturday or Sunday on which the banks in the City of London are not open for business;

  • Legal Holidays has the meaning specified in Section 1.14.

  • Banking Day means each day (other than a Saturday or Sunday) on which the Clearing System and the Trans-European Automated Real-time Gross settlement Express Transfer-System (TARGET2) ("TARGET2") are open for business.

  • Bank Business Day means a day on which the Bank conducts business activities as per its effective opening hours, so when the Bank is open for the purpose of executing payment transactions.

  • Local Business Day means, subject to the Schedule, a day on which commercial banks are open for business (including dealings in foreign exchange and foreign currency deposits)

  • New York City Banking Day means any day on which commercial banks are open for general business (including dealings in foreign exchange and foreign currency deposits) in New York City;

  • RFR Banking Day means any day specified as such in the Reference Rate Terms.

  • New York Business Day means each Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday and Friday which is not a day on which banking institutions in New York City are generally authorized or obligated by law or executive order to close.

  • Unscheduled Holiday means a day that is not a Settlement Business Day and the market was not aware of such fact (by means of a public announcement or by reference to other publicly available information) until a time later than 9:00 a.m. local time in the principal financial centre of the Specified Currency two Settlement Business Days prior to the relevant Rate Fixing Date. As soon as the Calculation Agent is aware of such an Unscheduled Holiday, they shall inform the Issuer promptly.

  • PRC Business Day means a day (other than a Saturday, Sunday or public holiday) on which commercial banks are generally open for business in Beijing;

  • Zurich Banking Day means a day on which banks are open in the City of Zurich for the settlement of payments and of foreign exchange transactions.

  • Index Business Day means, in respect of an Index, any day on which the Index Sponsor in respect of such Index is scheduled to publish the level of the Index.

  • Singapore Business Day means a day (except Saturdays, Sundays and public holidays) on which commercial banks are open for business in Singapore.
