Schedule Change means the following:

• Such requests and modifications will be in accordance with Article 40—Penalty Pay, Section 4, Modification of Work Schedule and Article 32—Overtime, Section 5, Schedule Change.

More Definitions of Schedule Change

Schedule Change means the later departure of an airline carrier causing you to miss the next connecting flight via another airline carrier (or connecting cruise ship, ferry, bus or train), or the earlier departure of an airline carrier rendering unusable the ticket you have purchased for your prior connector flight via another airline carrier (or connecting cruise ship, ferry, bus or train). Schedule change does not mean a change resulting from a supplier default, strike or labour disruption. Spouse: means a person who is legally married to the participant, or has continuously resided with the participant for not less than one full year having been represented as members of a conjugal relationship. Manitoba Blue Cross will at no time provide coverage for more than one spouse under the same agreement.

Schedule Change. A planned change in advance of the departure date that does not arise from a unique event such as a Schedule Irregularity or Force Majeure Event.

Schedule Change means any change in the start time of an eligible employee’s regularly scheduled shift or the eligible employee’s regularly scheduled workdays. A Schedule Change does not include: 1) the assignment of additional hours, shifts, or workdays in excess of an employee’s regular schedule (i.e. Scheduled Overtime) or 2) the extension of an eligible employee’s regular work shift as necessitated by operational requirements. In the event an eligible employee has worked overtime hours and wishes to shorten his or her regular work shift or not work a regularly scheduled work day, the eligible employee may do so, with the approval of the supervisor, without it being considered a Schedule Change.

Schedule Change does not mean a change resulting from a supplier default, strike or a labour disruption, nor a Schedule Change between two flights operated by the same airline carrier.

Schedule Change shall have the meaning given to such term in Section 5.11.
