Schedule of Assets means Exhibit B to the Separation Agreement specifying the Assets being transferred, as such Schedule may be amended from time to time.

Schedule of Assets has the meaning specified in the Sale and Servicing Agreement.

Schedule of Assets means the schedule, in substantially the form of Exhibit A attached hereto, which sets forth a description of the assets to be sold at a particular Closing, the Purchase Price for such assets, the description of the Lease, as applicable, the Closing Date and any other pertinent information.
