Scheduled Amortization definition

Scheduled Amortization means, with respect to any Person, the sum, as of any date of determination, of all regularly scheduled amortization payments paid or accrued on such Person's Indebtedness (exclusive of balloon payments).
Scheduled Amortization means, for any period, the sum (calculated without duplication) of all payments of principal of Indebtedness of the Company (other than Indebtedness hereunder) scheduled to be made during such period.
