Unless Tenant shall have given Landlord written Notice, not less than two hundred seventy (270) days prior to the Original Scheduled Expiration Date, of Tenant’s election not to have the term of this Lease extend, at the expiration of the Initial Term the term of this Lease shall automatically extend (the “First Automatic Extension”) for an additional five (5) year period (the “First Renewal Term”) upon all the same terms and conditions (except as this Lease otherwise expressly states).
