Scheduled Expiration Date definition

Scheduled Expiration Date is defined in Schedule 1 to the Lease.
Scheduled Expiration Date means thirty (30) years after the Term Commencement Date.

Scheduled Expiration Date means 11:59 p.m. on either (x) if the Commencement Date is not the first day of a calendar month, the last day of the sixty-sixth (66th) full calendar month following the Commencement Date or (y) if the Commencement Date is the first day of a calendar month, the date preceding the sixty-sixth (66th) month “anniversary” of the Commencement Date (in either case, the “Original Scheduled Expiration Date”).
