Scheduled Initial TL Repayment definition

Scheduled Initial TL Repayment shall have the meaning provided in Section 5.02(a).
Scheduled Initial TL Repayment. (l) Section 5.01(a) of the Credit Agreement shall be amended by adding the following sentence to the end of the paragraph: “The Borrower shall repay to the Administrative Agent for the ratable account of the Lenders with Term B-2 Loans that are not Converted Term B Loans, the aggregate principal amount of all Term B-2 Loans that are not Converted Term B Loans on the Amendment No. 2 Effective Date, with a like amount of the gross proceeds of Term B-3 Loans made by the Additional Term B-3 Lender pursuant to Section 2.01(a)(ii), concurrently with receipt thereof.”

Related to Scheduled Initial TL Repayment

  • Scheduled Repayment shall have the meaning provided in Section 4.02(a).

  • Term Loan Repayment Date shall have the meaning assigned to such term in Section 2.09.

  • Scheduled Maturity Date means June 30, 2032.

  • Final Repayment Date means the date falling on the earlier of (i) the date falling on the sixth anniversary of the Drawdown Date and (ii) 30 November 2023.

  • Repayment Amount means the amount to be paid by the Recipient to the OPWC on each payment date of each year during the Term pursuant to the terms and conditions of the Note.

  • Remaining Scheduled Payments means, with respect to the Called Principal of any Note, all payments of such Called Principal and interest thereon that would be due after the Settlement Date with respect to such Called Principal if no payment of such Called Principal were made prior to its scheduled due date, provided that if such Settlement Date is not a date on which interest payments are due to be made under the terms of the Notes, then the amount of the next succeeding scheduled interest payment will be reduced by the amount of interest accrued to such Settlement Date and required to be paid on such Settlement Date pursuant to Section 8.2 or 12.1.
