Scheduled Outage Time definition

Scheduled Outage Time means when the Systems are not available for use by the Communications Provider in order for BT to perform certain tasks including, but not limited to, routine maintenance, testing, changing configurations, software upgrades, updating facilities. The EMP may be taken out of service for routine maintenance from 00:01 to 04:00am each Thursday and DEDS may be taken out of service for routine maintenance from 8.00pm to 8:00am the following day, Friday to Sunday;

Examples of Scheduled Outage Time in a sentence

  • BT will advise the Communications Provider of Scheduled Outage Time with planned durations in excess of 9 hours sixty calendar days prior to the event.

  • The advice provided by BT will show the times of commencement and conclusion of the Scheduled Outage Time and advise the affected EMP Services.

  • Where Scheduled Outage Time is required over consecutive days BT will, where reasonably practicable, arrange such scheduled downtime to occur during the weekend period.

  • BT will, where reasonably practicable, not plan Scheduled Outage Time on consecutive days.

  • In addition to the maintenance downtime specified in paragraph 12.3.1, BT may also take the Equivalence Management Platform out of service for additional maintenance work, testing, configuration changes, software upgrades or updating facilities during Scheduled Outage Time.

  • In addition to the Scheduled Outage Time set out in paragraph 12.3 above, the Equivalence Management Platform may be taken out of service to resolve an EMP Fault affecting the service.

  • BT will, where practicable carry out such work during 22:00 – 07:00 during Saturday and Sunday.121.3.3 BT will, where reasonably practicable, not plan Scheduled Outage Time on consecutive days.

  • Scheduled Outage has the meaning given to it in the Grid Code;

  • Scheduled Completion Date shall be the date set forth in Clause 10.3;

  • Planned Outage means the removal of equipment from service availability for inspection and/or general overhaul of one or more major equipment groups. To qualify as a Planned Outage, the maintenance (a) must actually be conducted during the Planned Outage, and in Seller’s sole discretion must be of the type that is necessary to reliably maintain the Project, (b) cannot be reasonably conducted during Project operations, and (c) causes the generation level of the Project to be reduced by at least ten percent (10%) of the Contract Capacity.

  • Scheduled Commissioning Date or “SCD” of the Project shall mean [Insert Date];

  • Unscheduled Downtime means any time when any or all of the applications and Services provided by the Supplier to the Customer shall be unavailable to the Customer due to unexpected system failures other than Scheduled Downtime or the downtime is attributable to events not under the control of the Supplier.

  • Forced Outage means any unplanned reduction or suspension of the electrical output from the Facility resulting in the unavailability of the Facility, in whole or in part, in response to a mechanical, electrical, or hydraulic control system trip or operator-initiated trip in response to an alarm or equipment malfunction and any other unavailability of the Facility for operation, in whole or in part, for maintenance or repair that is not a scheduled maintenance outage and not the result of Force Majeure.

  • Scheduled Commercial Operation Date shall have the meaning ascribed to it in Clause 5.4.1;

  • Unplanned Outage refers to the unavailable status of the units of the Power Plant other than Planned Outage. Based on the urgency of the needs of outage, the Unplanned Outage can be classified into five categories: (1) immediate outage; (2) the outage which could be delayed for a short while but the units must exit within six hours; (3) the outage which could be postponed over six hours but the units must exit within seventy-two hours; (4) the outage which could be deferred over seventy-two hours but the units must exit before the next Planned Outage; and (5) the prolonged outage which is beyond the period of the Planned Outage.

  • Scheduled Trading Day means a day that is scheduled to be a Trading Day on the principal U.S. national or regional securities exchange or market on which the Common Stock is listed or admitted for trading. If the Common Stock is not so listed or admitted for trading, “Scheduled Trading Day” means a Business Day.

  • Scheduled Maintenance Time means the time that the System is not in service due to a scheduled activity as defined in this SLA. The scheduled maintenance time would not be during business hours. Further, scheduled maintenance time is planned downtime with the prior permission of AIC.

  • Scheduled Uptime means the total minutes in the reporting month less the total minutes represented by the Scheduled Downtime.

  • Scheduled operation time means the scheduled operating hours of the System for the month. All planned downtime on the system would be deducted from the total operation time for the month to give the scheduled operation time.

  • Excused Outage means any disruption to or unavailability of Services caused by or due to (i) Scheduled Maintenance,

  • Scheduled Observation Date means any original date that, but for the occurrence of an event causing a Disrupted Day, would have been an Observation Date.

  • Generator Planned Outage means the scheduled removal from service, in whole or in part, of a generating unit for inspection, maintenance or repair with the approval of the Office of the Interconnection in accordance with the PJM Manuals.

  • Scheduled Settlement Date means a date on which a payment or delivery is to be made under Section 2(a)(i) with respect to a Transaction.

  • Scheduled Castes means such castes, races or tribes or parts of, or groups within, such castes, races or tribes as are deemed to be Scheduled Castes, in relation to the State of Maharashtra under article 341 of the Constitution of India;

  • Generator Forced Outage means an immediate reduction in output or capacity or removal from service, in whole or in part, of a generating unit by reason of an Emergency or threatened Emergency, unanticipated failure, or other cause beyond the control of the owner or operator of the facility, as specified in the relevant portions of the PJM Manuals. A reduction in output or removal from service of a generating unit in response to changes in market conditions shall not constitute a Generator Forced Outage.

  • scheduled service means the City Representative has notified the Contractor to perform services ten (10) working days prior to commencement of work by Contractor.

  • Interconnection Activation Date means the date that the construction of the joint facility Interconnection arrangement has been completed, trunk groups have been established, joint trunk testing is completed and trunks have been mutually accepted by the Parties.

  • Scheduled Black-Out Period means the period from and including the last day of a fiscal quarter of the Company to and including the business day after the day on which the Company publicly releases its earnings for such fiscal quarter.

  • Service Down Time (SDT) means the time period when specified services with specified technical and operational requirements as mentioned in section titled “WARRANTY SUPPORT”” are not available to Gov. of W. Bengal and its user departments and organizations.
