The Scheduling Order will include the limits if any on the number of interrogatories, the number and duration of depositions, and the use of other forms of discovery.
Neither this Scheduling Order, nor the proposed Settlement Agreement, or any other settlement document, shall be filed, offered, received in evidence, or otherwise used in these or any other actions or proceedings or in any arbitration, except to give effect to or enforce the Settlement or the terms of this Scheduling Order.
The referral of a case to the Mandatory Mediation Program does not delay or defer other dates established in the Scheduling Order and has no effect on the scheduled progress of the case toward trial.
Any party who, after the filing of the original complaint or notice of removal, causes a new party to be joined in the action shall promptly serve on that new party a copy of General Order 25 along with any additional Uniform Pretrial Scheduling Order that has been entered by the court.
