Scheme Effective Time definition

Scheme Effective Time means the time and date on which the Scheme becomes effective;

Scheme Effective Time means the time on the Effective Date at which this Scheme becomes effective in accordance with clause 7.

• Prior to the Scheme Effective Time, two Newco Original Ordinary Shares and 49,998 redeemable preference shares ("Newco Original Preference Shares") shall be issued and outstanding.
